Firstly, you have to remove two plastic screw covers as shown in the image. Then unscrew both screws.

Next, remove the plastic cover, starting from the bottom. It is better to have something plastic because then separating the plastic cover and lid would be easier. Both of them are connected with small plastic linkage parts.
After plastic cover is removed we can see a LCD panel.

Unscrew three screws at the bottom on the each side.

In this image the fourth arrow shows the place, where the screw is holding the plastic cover.
 

Unscrew two screws holding the top of assembly.
 

Carefully separate the plastic lid and the LCD assembly.

 
Disconnect video cable. It is held by a sticky tape. 

 
Unscrew all screws by which the LCD is screwed to the hinges.
