Nowadays, laptop cooling has become the priority. Some models of laptops are designed in a way that sometimes we may cause some damage to the laptop by placing it on the bed. The heat may damage some components. Even the hard disk and the memory module may get damaged by the heat. Because of this reason some laptop models are suggested to be kept away from beds or materials that may cover the ventilation places.

Another option for a laptop which tends to overheat is buying and additional cooling plate.
This plate is attached to the laptop from underneath and has a few coolers inside which provide enough air flow to the laptop.
Another solution could be cleaning laptop's radiator from dust. Some laptop models have very narrow radiator plates, so the dust gathers there. Simple solution could be blowing some air to the radiator with a Hoover or a special air blower. It should be done every six months.

Another method of keeping the laptop cool is setting laptop’s performance on medium or low level. There are tools in the laptop, by which means we can set the system’s speed, for example, processor’s speed. With setting the performance on low or medium it is almost guaranteed that the laptop will be safe all the time. Though, there is a disadvantage because the laptop will run slower than before.
One more possibility to keep the laptop cool is to maintain a periodic cleaning of the laptop's heat sink and cooling of the radiator. It is done by blowing air with Hoover or some special air blower, approximately once in a half of a year. It prevents the dust from gathering on the processor’s cooling radiator.
