Here mini laptops will be compared. Let’s assume that mini laptops have no bigger than 14 inch screen. As laptops screens now are wider, they look smaller than older laptops with 14 inch screen. And let’s take two types of mini laptops: netbooks and small laptops. Almost every laptop manufacturer has his line of so called netbooks.
Dell Inspiron Mini laptops. Mini-series 10 is with 10 inch screens.  They are the smallest laptops or, in other words, netbooks. Some of Inspirons laptops also belong to this group. These are: Inspiron 11z and Inspiron 13z. Some of small Inspirons have dual core processors and nVidia graphics cards. Moreover, they already have internal DVD's.
Dell Studio XPS 13 may also be named a mini laptop. Nowadays, some of them come with nVidia graphics card.
Adamo from Dell. This is a new line of mini laptops from Dell. The design is really eye-catching and the chassis is made from aluminium.
There also are small laptops from HP. Let's start with the mini-series laptop line from HP. Mini-series netbooks are equipped with Intel Atom processors, SATA hard drives and Intel graphic cards. HP Pavilion series models from screen sizes 11.6 to 13.3 inch must be considered as well. They have Intel Celeron or AMD Athlon processors. HP also has a line, called Envy Home Notebook PCs. Models with 13.1 inch screens can also be found on this line. Though, they are quite expensive.

Mini laptops from Acer. Acer Aspire models, having screens from 8.9 inch to 11.6 inch, are the smallest laptops from Acer. They are equipped with Intel Atom processors and all of them have webcams.
Acer in his TravelMate line has a Timeline model, which has a 14.1 widescreen monitor. It weights 4.4 lb (2.0 kg).
Even though, unlike Dell’s, Acer website lacks screaming marketing colours, it still offers good quality. Acer products may be found at online retailers’ websites and in shops, such as PC World.
Toshiba mini laptops. First model is Toshiba Mini, offering up to 11 hours of battery life. Toshiba claims that the typing with this netbook will be the same as it would have a full size keyboard. Also circuits, which help to charge mp3 player or mobile phone when the Mini is sleeping, and Hard Drive Impact Sensor, to protect data, are incorporated inside. Screen size is 10.1 inch.
There also are Toshiba Satellite models, which could be called mini laptops, because of the screen sizes - from 11.6 to 14.0.
